Talent Nova aims to overcome employment barriers, reduce stigma, build confidence in the formerly incarcerated and guide employers for smoother integration. - that’s a challenge for this product and both teams involved.
Role was to Lead the UX UI from stake-holder pitch to product development. I worked closely with both our clients from Anonymous and our internal teams at medl.
